I agree totally with you about the utter incompetence of US immigration. My wife has been treated as if she is some kind of terrorist ever since I started her naturalization process back in 2002.

Plus the constant moving around since I'm military has only frustrated matters because they only allow you to work through one immigration center. If you move you have to restart the process at a different immigration office. Which means multiple background checks and interviews which take forever.

What really pissed me off was when I was living in El Paso we would wait in line at the immigration office there and the immigration people there would let the Latino applicants cut in line in front of us because there applications were quick and easy compared to my wife who is not Latino.
