It might also be a possibility that she did not kill her son, but had someone
abduct him for some reason, maybe for attention or sympathy. That seems
to happen more often than most people would like to admit. There are always
more than just the two possibilities you stated.
I wouldn't give up hope just yet. There is always a chance he will be all right.
I hope the boy is found alive and safe but who wouldn't hope for that?
