Life With Steven

Gravatar Thanks, Steven. If I had known about this, somehow I would have known you'd be involved. I'm proud of you. And to top it all off, it looks like there was alot of group participation to raise that much money and it was fun too!! This is one Valentine's Day you will always remember!!

Gravatar wow.

this makes me very ferklempt, somehow.

Steven is The Man. A standing O to all the folks at the school who did this, but especially for Steven, for whom such an action required extra courage and triumph over painful memory.

I am so proud of him; not surprised, but super proud.

And you're right, butter is the greatest therapeutic agent known to man. Mix it with sugar and you achieve nirvana. (I used to eat that on sandwiches as a kid if my mom wasn't around, sounds gross now but really it was so good).

peace,
k, G & R's mom

Gravatar Oh my...

Talk about evoke emotions, I wanted to cry looking at all these kids!

I'm just so proud of your son Kath, and I know you are too.

He's just adorable, I can hardly wait to meet you guys. One of these days, hopefully soon.

Have a great weekend!

Susan

Gravatar I just knew somehow they would meet their goal. Way to go Steven and don't worry about your bald spot. I've had one since I was in my 30's and I'm 57 now. If they don't like my bald spot then don't walk behind me...besides I can't see it from the front anyway so why worry about it. That's what they make hats for.

Oh yes Kathy I'm going to Wal Mart today and see if I can't find one of those outfits. If not I guess I can just shred up some old clothing around here and say it's a designer outfit.

Gravatar very impressed. amazing how a bald head makes those memories come flooding back..he looks adorable, by the way.
am very proud of you all.

Gravatar Kathleen, You have done an amazing job raising such a wonderful and kind man in your house, and yes I mean Man more so than many three times his age. Prayers always, Julie, Emily's mom

Gravatar Kathleen,

Thanks for sharing. You made me laugh. I loved Sean's class story. I would be the mom bringing the store bought cookies and frosting for decorating. But, I would have wanted to be the one with your grand plans of something homemade.

The whole time I was reading the story about Steven's school all I could think of was what a great thing for head lice and then you mentioned it. Too funny! Florida has lots of lice issues along with all the other bug issues.

Steven was very brave to shave his head. I'm sure he knows how much the sign of support means to David and his older brother. I can imagine the whole experience stirred up emotions for you too. Its a very heart warming story. Thanks!

With love,
Jennifer Pochy
