drive by shooting? never solved? I smell another book.

I read a few of his, Along came a spider and few others. I remember liking them alright but the worst was Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas (not an Alex Cross story), a book club choice and pure schlock. well, imho, anyway. He sold millions of copies so I'm sure I'm in the minority there.
